100 gr bread crumbs
40 gr grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Nutmeg or lemon peel

For the broth
1 liter of water
2 Bauer Organic Saffron Vegetable stock cubes

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients to form a rather firm dough.
Prepare the broth and as soon as it boils, cook the passatelli.
