Chicken salad with radicchio, walnuts and grapes

INGREDIENTS

chicken breast, 4 slices
Bauer Meat Dadocrema, 1 coffee spoon
mustard, 1 coffee spoon
extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons
lemon juice, 1 coffee spoon
radicchio rosso trevigiano, 2 heads
approx. 20 white or red grapes
approx. 10 walnuts
extra virgin olive oil, salt and freshly milled black pepper

Preparation

Remove the chicken breast from the fridge in advance in order to grill it at room temperature.

Prepare a mixture blending Bauer Meat Dadocrema, the mustard, the oil and the lemon juice.

Heat up a grill pan until red hot and in the meantime brush the chicken with the condiment. Grill the chicken.

Arrange the thinly sliced radicchio on a serving plate together with the walnuts and the halved grapes: season with a little oil, salt and pepper, sit the sliced grilled chicken on top and serve.
