Bruschetta medley

INGREDIENTS

1 loaf homemade bread
20 red cherry tomatoes
20 yellow cherry tomatoes
4 courgettes
1 tin tuna
50 g semi-mature cheese
extra virgin olive oil
Bauer Vegetable Dadocrema
garlic
basil
salt

Preparation

1. Mix 5-6 tablespoons of oil with 1 teaspoon of Bauer Vegetable Dadocrema in a bowl.

2. Cut the bread into slices and brush both sides with the oil.

3. Arrange the slices of bread on a baking tray with baking paper and warm in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C.

4. Remove from the oven and put aside.

5. Wash the tomatoes, slice and season them with the oil and pinch of salt.

6. Cut the courgettes into thin slices (lengthwise).

7. Brush the courgettes with the oil.

8 .Heat a non-stick griddle pan and cook the courgettes for a few minutes on each side.

9. Dice up the cheese.

10. Compose different flavoured bruschetta:

• Red cherry tomatoes with slices of garlic and basil
• Tuna and yellow tomatoes
• Grilled courgettes and cheese
