How we process your data
The Data Controller has adequate security measures in order to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data of the Data Subject and imposes the same security measures on third parties and Managers. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access. There is no automated decision-making process based on your data, including profiling. Data is processed using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing.

Should the Data Controller intend to further process your personal data for a different purpose than that for which it was collected, before any such processing, they will provide you with information regarding the different purpose and any additional relevant information, as well as requesting your consent, if necessary.

Recipients of personal data
The Recipients of your personal data are employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller and/or the contractors of services related to the aforementioned purposes, designated as Data Processors; Public bodies under legal obligation.

Data transfer abroad
Data transfer to non-EU countries is not envisaged.

In the event that it becomes necessary to transfer your personal data to Third Parties located in countries that do not belong to the European Union, the Data Controller ensures the adoption of adequate guarantees.

  • to limit its processing (under the conditions stated in Article 18 of the GDPR;
  • to request a copy of your personal data in electronic format and the right to transmit such personal data for use in services provided by other Data Controllers (so-called data portability);
  • to not be subject to a decision based solely on an automated decision-making process, including profiling, if the decision has a legal effect on the user or has an equally significant effect;
  • to submit a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data – garanteprivacy.it
