Porcini Mushroom Sauce

Made with dried Porcini mushroom, excellent for sauces and condiments. It can be served with mushroom dishes, or added while cooking to flavour lasagne, escallops or other dishes. Use the Porcini Mushroom Sauce also to stir your risotto.

HOW TO USE?


For sauces or fillings, dissolve 70 g of product in 1 litre of cold water and bring to a boil by mixing constantly at medium fire for 5 or more minutes, until you obtain the desired consistency. Pair it with pasta, meat or other dishes.
For risottos, use Bauer Porcini Mushroom Sauce while cooking or while stirring, after dissolving it in water.

Rice flour, corn starch, pea proteins, coconut fat (milk), soy and corn plant-based protein stock extract, dehydrated vegetables in varying quantities (potato, garlic, onion, celery, parsley, carrot, tomato): 6.5%, dehydrated porcini mushrooms:6.2%, sea salt: 6%, yeast extract, white wine extract, corn oil.
