HOW TO USE?
Ideal for seasoning risottos, pasta, roasts and veal scaloppine.
To make a great stock, dissolve 16 g of Bauer Granulated Porcini Mushroom Stock in 1 liter of boiling water and stir: the result is instant. For an extra touch of flavor, you can add the granulated stock directly to risottos, sauces, roasts and veal scaloppine as desired.
