Vegetalbrodo is the Bauer Stock Granules product made from vegetables. Only carrots, celery, tomato, parsley and onion, with iodised salt and no added monosodium glutamate. Bauer’s artisanal processing locks in all the flavour of each vegetable. The result is a tasty, instant broth which is gluten-free.

HOW TO USE?


Use for instant broths with a delicate flavour profile, or add to other dishes including soups, minestrone, sauces, gravies, ragouts, meat and fish dishes, risottos, and eggs. Use the desired amount, without adding any more salt.

 For broth, dissolve 4 g of Bauer Vegetalbrodo (1 teaspoon) in 250 ml of boiling water and stir: the product is instant.

Iodised salt: 45.8%, soya and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (potato, carrot, onion, garlic, celery, parsley, tomato): 19%, corn oil.
