Porcini mushroom stock cubes are another great Bauer creation. Made only with
premium quality porcini mushrooms and select vegetables. A distinctive stock cube that’s
highly versatile: ideal for risottos and broths, and much more besides.
HOW TO USE?
For risottos, broths, sauces, gravies, soups, roast meats, and escalopes.
Use it during cooking too, adding the desired amount.
For broth, dissolve 1 Bauer Porcini Mushroom Stock Cube in 500 ml of water and boil for 2 minutes, stirring until completely dissolved.

Soya and corn protein extract for stock, iodised salt: 37%, palm oil, dehydrated porcini mushrooms: 7.9%, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (carrot, onion, potato, tomato, parsley, leek, garlic, celery): 3.9%, extra-virgin olive oil: 3.6%.
