REFRESHING, PLEASANTLY SPICY
Quite simply, we’ve taken the Bauer organic vegetable stock cube recipe and added organically produced ginger. An exquisitely elegant flavour for those with a predilection for subtle hints of spice. Don’t add any other seasoning: this does the job!
HOW TO USE?
Organic Ginger Stock Cubes are an invitation to unleash your imagination: great for fish and vegetable dishes, but also soups, minestrone, sauces, gravies, meat dishes, risottos and eggs. Use it during cooking too, adding the desired amount.
To make a ginger broth, dissolve 1 stock cube in 500 ml of water and boil for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

Sea salt, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm)*, yeast extract*: 14.2%, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (potato*, carrot*, celery*, parsley*, tomato*, onion*, leek*, garlic*): 10.3%, ginger powder*: 6.6%.
