HOW TO USE?
Ideal for enhancing the flavour of risottos, pasta, roast meats, sauces, gravies, soups and escalopes, by adding the desired amount. The product dissolves instantly.
For broth, dissolve 4 g (1 teaspoon) of Bauer Porcini Mushroom Stock Granules in 250 ml of hot water and stir: the product is instant.

Iodised salt: 39%, soya and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated porcino mushroom:
15%, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (onion, carrot, garlic, celery, parsley,
tomato): 16%, corn oil.
