Brown Sauce

A GREAT IDEA FOR MYRIAD DIFFERENT RECIPES.

The perfect pairing for countless dishes: roasts and pot roasts, game, white meat, but also tagliatelle, vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Added during cooking, it’s excellent for enhancing the flavour of stews and meats cooked in sauce.

A QUICK AND EASY WAY TO BOOST FLAVOUR, WITH A THICK OR LIQUID CONSISTENCY, AS YOU PREFER

HOW TO USE?


Dissolve 35 g of brown sauce in ½ litre of cold water and bring to the boil, stirring continuously over a medium heat for 5 minutes or until you obtain the desired consistency. For stews and meats cooked in sauce, add Bauer Brown Sauce as it is, or after mixing it with a little water until smooth.

Rice flour, corn starch, sea salt, coconut fat, yeast extract, soya and corn protein extract for stock, natural caramelised sugar, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (tomato, onion, garlic, celery, parsley, carrot), white wine extract, beef stock powder, herbs in variable proportion (rosemary, thyme, bay leaf), spices in variable proportion (paprika, pepper, cumin, nutmeg), double-concentrated tomato purée, corn oil, white wine, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm).
