HOW TO USE?


This is the perfect stock cube for traditional Italian broth.

Simply dissolve 1 Bauer Meat Stock Cube in 500 ml of water and boil for 2 minutes, stirring until completely dissolved. 

You can also use it to enhance the flavour of soups, minestrone, sauces, gravies, ragouts, meat, risotto, and eggs. Use it during cooking too, adding the desired amount.

Soya and corn protein extract for stock, iodised salt: 38.6%, palm oil, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (carrot, celery, onion, potato, tomato, parsley, leek, garlic): 5%, extra-virgin olive oil: 3.6%, meat extract 3%.
