Excellent for making any fish dish, from soups and sauces to risottos. You can use it during cooking too, simply adding the desired amount.
For a very sophisticated broth, dissolve 1 Bauer Fish Stock Cube in 500 ml of water and boil for 2 minutes, stirring until completely dissolved, after which it’s ready.
Soya and corn protein extract for stock, iodised salt: 37%, palm oil, dehydrated cod: 5%, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (carrot, onion, tomato, potato, parsley, leek, garlic, celery): 3.9%, extra-virgin olive oil: 3.6%, dehydrated shrimp: 1.5%, dehydrated crab: 1.5%.
