INGREDIENTS

1 kg of fresh and spineless fish (monkfish, sea bass, perch, salmon, calamari, baby cuttlefish, shrimps…)
5/ 6 ripe tomatoes
A herb bundle – parsley, basil, chives
1/2 garlic clove
2/3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of Bauer Fish Granular Stock
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Mince the herbs with the garlic and combine them with the breadcrumbs, Bauer Fish Granular Stock and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Cut the ripe tomatoes into strips.

Slightly grease a baking tray, arrange the fish and garnish with the tomato strips.

Season with the savoury mix and complete with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Bake in a warm oven at 190°C for 20/25 minutes, or until desired.

Serve the fish with a soft cous cous or a crunchy garlic-scented bruschetta and a lot of vegetables. Buon appetito!
