Shellfish Sauce

With shrimps, lobster extract and crab extract, the Shellfish Sauce is perfect for fish sauces and stews, and much more. It’s the perfect pairing for grilled, baked and stewed fish dishes. It can also be used while cooking to flavour risottos, linguine, fish stews and other pasta dishes, the way you like.

HOW TO USE?


For sauces or stews, dissolve 80 g of product in 1 litre of cold water and bring to a boil by mixing constantly at medium fire for 5 or more minutes, until you obtain the desired consistency. For risottos, use Bauer Shellfish Sauce while cooking or while stirring, after dissolving it in water.
