You can use it in place of salt to enrich soups, minestrone, sauces, gravies, ragouts, white meats, risottos, and eggs. You can also use it towards the end of cooking, adding the desired amount.
For a particularly delicate broth, dissolve 4 g of Bauer Chicken Stock Granules (1 teaspoon) in 250 ml of boiling water and stir: the product dissolves instantly.
Iodised salt: 48.3%, soya and corn protein extract for stock, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (celery, onion, carrot, parsley, tomato, garlic) 6%, dehydrated chicken: 3%, non-hydrogenated chicken fat, corn oil, turmeric, nutmeg.
