HOW TO USE?


Fantastic for making broths in no time at all. Simply place 4 g (1 teaspoon) of Bauer Meat Stock Granules in a cup, add 250 ml of hot or boiling water and stir. The product is instant.

But you can also use them to elevate meat dishes, sauces, soups, eggs, fillings, and risottos. They’re easy to dose, with no need to add any salt.

Iodised salt: 46.8%, soya and corn protein extract for stock, dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (potato, onion, carrot, parsley, garlic, celery): 17%, corn oil, beef: 3.5%.
