To make a broth, dissolve 4 g of Bauer Organic Meat Stock Granules (1 teaspoon) in 250 ml of boiling water and stir. The product is instant.
You can also use it in place of salt, adding the desired amount, to elevate soups, minestrone, sauces, gravies, ragouts, meat dishes, risottos, and eggs.
