Heifer beef rolls with cheese and herbs

INGREDIENTS

slices heifer beef
6 slices cheese, e.g. asiago or caciotta
Bauer Meat Dadocrema
extra virgin olive oil
rosemary and sage
flour
salad for serving

Preparation

Finely chop the herbs.
Lay out a slice of beef and brush the surface with a layer of Bauer Meat Dadocrema.
Place a slice of cheese on top and a little of the mixed herbs.
Fold the long sides of the beef slices inwards and roll up.
Repeat the same process with the other slices of meat.
Dip each roll in the flour.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan with a sprig of rosemary, add the rolls and brown on both sides.
Fill half a glass with hot water and a teaspoon of Bauer Meat Dadocrema.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the rolls, reduce the sauce and serve the rolls with a few salad leave
