NO TO MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE
Monosodium glutamate is a chemical additive used to artificially enhance the flavour of food. Bauer doesn’t use it.
NO TO GLUTEN
All Bauer products are gluten-free. This means that coeliac foodies can enjoy good cuisine with peace of mind.
NO TO HYDROGENATED FATS
A choice made from the heart. Hydrogenated fats increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. That’s why Bauer has eliminated them.
NO TO LACTOSE
This is one of the fastest-growing food intolerances, which is why Bauer has eliminated lactose from all its products.
NO TO FLAVOURINGS AND ADDITIVES

YES TO IODISED SALT
In place of normal sea salt, Bauer traditional stock cubes and stock granules contain iodised salt, a great source of iodine which is important for a healthy, balanced diet.

Ahead of the wellbeing trend, it created Vegetalbrodo, the first 100% plant-based instant broth. Similarly, in 2024 it created DADOCREMA, the first stock cube in cream form, a go-to product for home cooks. Also with no additives, naturally.
